SHIPPING CHARGES

We aim to keep our delivery charges at a fair rate.  The charges have been set by price spent.  Higher value orders will be sent by Royal Mail 'Tracked and Signed for'.

UK Postal Charges (Including the Channel Islands):

Up to £50 spend         £3.00

Up to £150 spend       £4.00

Up to £500 spend       £8.00 (signed for)

European Postal Charges

Up to £50 spend         £5.00

Up to £250 spend      £14.00 (signed for)

NB: Maximum spend £250.00

USA & Canada Postal Charges

Up to £20 spend        £6.00

Up to £100 spend      £12.00 (signed for)

Up to £250 spend      £15.00 (signed for)

Australia & New Zealand Postal Charges

Up to £20 spend        £6.00

The maximum spend of £250 for parcels sent outside the UK is due to an excessive jump in shipping costs above this level. Quotes can be obtained from courier services for larger orders, if required.  For any questions you have about shipping, please contact us here

Shipping

We pride ourselves on processing orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are usually delivered to the Post Office around lunch time on each working day. However, we cannot be responsible for delays due to the postal system.

All orders will sent via Royal Mail, either with a certificate of posting, or sent by their 'Tracked and signed for' service and will require a signature for insurance purposes. Once the tracking states that the parcel is 'delivered to customer' then the contract with Monkey Ann is ended.

Orders may be packed in recycled materials where possible to reduce costs and to save the planet!

Ensure that you are available to receive the goods. Alternatively ensure that you give instructions as to where goods can be left safely.

We take care when packing your order. If it appears damaged do not accept the package. Please notify us immediately.

When signing for goods, sign as 'unexamined' as we cannot take responsibility for compensation in the event of a claim against the carrier. You are advised to keep the packing material were there is cause for such a claim.

Contact us if your parcel does not arrive. Royal Mail classes an order as lost in the UK if it does not arrive within 14 working days of date of despatch. After this time we can send you a replacement or give you a refund.

If a parcel does not arrive outside of the UK Monkey Ann will investigate after 21 days. However, Monkey Ann will not take responsibility once parcels have left the UK due to the vagaries of different postal systems.

Returns

If goods supplied are incorrect or damaged a full refund, including postage costs, will be made on receipt of the returned goods.

Please check your order when you receive it. If you consider it not to be satisfactory, then kindly return it within 14 days.

When returning goods ensure that you include your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. Please also include details of your full order too.

If you change our mind and/or cancel your order (up to 7 working days from placing your order) let us know in writing (by letter or email) including your name, postal address and telephone number. The cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility. Only if the goods are returned undamaged and packs unopened and in saleable condition will you receive a full refund of the cost of the products (but not the shipping costs).  For a returns form click here
